What was your situation before the collaboration, and why did you choose Gateway?
Before we started working together, we were aware that our product had strong market potential - however, we lacked the structure to fully unlock it. While we were already generating solid organic revenue, we did not yet have a well-defined marketing strategy, reliable data, or a validated growth channel. Gateway convinced us immediately - both strategically and operationally. What stood out in particular was their deep understanding of brands like ours, which rely heavily on aesthetics and design. That was the decisive factor for us.
Which areas did you hand over operationally?
Gateway completely restructured our marketing and commerce setup: performance marketing across three channels, a clean tracking and data foundation, full ownership of our paid creatives, consistent organic social media management on Instagram, and an improved shop experience with noticeable UX upgrades. For us, this was a major step towards a professional, reliable, and clearly manageable system.

What measurable results did you achieve through the collaboration with Gateway?
The results after 24 months speak for themselves: +287% revenue, +151% AOV, +274% orders, and +3,600% more sessions. On Instagram, we grew to over 30,000 followers during that time - driven by a consistent organic strategy that works closely with our paid setup.
What impressed us the most: profitability remained stable despite significant growth. Google became our strongest revenue driver, Meta evolved into our core brand and retargeting engine, and Pinterest turned into a highly efficient upper-funnel channel. Without this structure, that level of growth wouldn’t have been possible.

What did you learn from the collaboration - both professionally and organizationally?
“We learned the most in performance marketing - both technically and strategically. But beyond that, the key takeaway was prioritization. We now understand which 20% of tasks actually drive 80% of the results. That fundamentally changed how we operate. Through Gateway, we developed a clear understanding of how sustainable growth is built - and which levers truly matter.”
In which additional areas did you receive support?
The collaboration went far beyond traditional marketing. Together, we simplified processes, implemented automations, improved our logistics setup, and professionalized internal workflows. Our Instagram strategy was also completely rethought - with clear content, defined posting frequency, and a visual language aligned with the brand.
