etiql is a premium brand for sustainable lifestyle essentials - built on a business model that deliberately thinks radically differently. Our task was to optimize the existing online shop in a way that digitally reflects this high brand standard - while simultaneously elevating functionality to the next level.

On the frontend, the primary focus was the complete restructuring of the subscription model - enabling more intuitive selection, a clear pricing logic, and a seamless checkout experience. In addition, numerous further optimizations were implemented, including color swatches, a detailed size chart, improved filter and search functions, a wishlist feature - and many other refinements that significantly enhanced the overall user experience.

On the backend, we implemented an optimized member management system, improved newsletter management, introduced a performance dashboard, and optimized overall shop performance, including speed optimization and GA4 migration. Furthermore, the complex stock management system was revised and product migration significantly simplified.

The result was a noticeable increase in conversion rate, an improved user experience, and a technical setup that enables long-term scalability - both in terms of performance and customer satisfaction.
